Unique Unsecured Business Loan Service Launched

Commercial loan specialist The Financial Solution has launched a unique unsecured business loan, aimed at helping businesses gain access to affordable short-term funding .

The Herefordshire-based company said that unlike other forms of lending, including bridging finance, the new facility has no fees attached and is completely unsecured .

Loan applications are based on companies’ past cashflow, particularly on credit and debit card receipts, and repayments are made directly from income generated through credit and debit card sales.

Although primarily designed to be a short term facility, the loan is renewable and can be rolled over to provide a revolving credit facility where necessary.
